Sales and Refunds Policy

Laplink Software, Inc is committed to serving our customers. If you feel that the product that you have purchased is not satisfactory or not performing to your expectations, please contact our office via e-mail: customerservice@laplink.com or call by phone: 425-952-6000, or contact us by fax: 425-952-6002 to discuss your situation.

We value your comments and concerns with the product and appreciate the opportunity to be able to work with you to get your product functioning to your expectation. If this is not reached you may return the product under the following conditions.

Refundable Products

  • Original purchase is within in 30 days of sales receipt
  • Laplink Gold 11.5
  • Laplink Gold 12
  • Laplink Gold 2008
  • Laplink Gold for Windows 7
  • PDAsync 3.0+
  • FileMover
  • PCdefense
  • Laplink USB Cables 1.1 & 2.0
  • Laplink Serial & Parallel Cables
  • Any above product purchased from an authorized retail location

Non-Refundable Products

  • PCmover and Laplink Everywhere are non-refundable
  • Purchased product from an online auction site (e.g. Ebay)
  • Purchased product second hand

Physical Returns

  • E-mail our customer service to request a refund and send the e-mail response from the customer service department with your return
  • Supply the sales receipt along with the Original Box and all components included
  • Supply the name and mailing address as well as any contact information to accompany the return
  • The refund process once received will take 4-8 weeks to complete

  • E-mail sales@laplink.com to request a refund through our e-commerce partner
  • Include name, e-mail address, phone number and reference number of the order requesting a refund
  • An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your through our e-commerce partner with refund information
