Setting up a shared folder pair works fine. You are able to access files others have shared, but they are not able to access files you have shared

Cause

Firewall software is blocking Windows Explorer from accessing the Internet.

Solution

You will need to configure your firewall software to allow Windows Explorer to access the internet so that other ShareDirect partners will be able to see the files you have shared out.
